Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through my online store. My offers are directed at consumers purchasing products from my shop. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders within Germany as well as internationally. Deviating or supplementary conditions from the buyer will not be accepted unless I have explicitly agreed to their applicability.
2. Contracting Party

3. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded when the buyer accepts my offer by submitting an order in the online store. After placing the order, the buyer will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute a binding acceptance of the order but merely informs the buyer about the receipt of the order. A purchase contract is only formed upon delivery of the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices listed are without VAT in accordance with § 19 UStG. Additional shipping costs may apply and can vary depending on the destination. Within Germany, the shipping cost is fixed at € 3.99. For international deliveries, the shipping cost is fixed at € 7.99. The shipping costs will be displayed to the buyer before completing the order.
5. Payment Terms
I accept only PayPal as payment method. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still complete your payment using a valid credit card through PayPal. The purchase price is due upon completion of the order process. The payment is made immediately after the order.
6. Delivery Terms
I ship my products within 3 business days after receipt of payment. The delivery is made by my shipping partner DHL to the address provided by the buyer. Deliveries within Germany typically take 1-3 business days. International deliveries may vary depending on the destination and customs regulations.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform me of their decision to withdraw from the contract via a clear statement. 8. Liability and Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. If the goods are defective upon delivery, the buyer is entitled to a remedy, i.e., either repair or replacement. If the remedy fails or is refused, the buyer can reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract. Further liability for damages that do not occur to the delivered goods themselves is excluded, unless it involves intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty on my part.
9. Data Protection
I collect, process, and use personal data only in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, especially the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data is used exclusively for processing the order, handling inquiries, and customer support. 10. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including texts, images, graphics, and design, is protected by copyright. The use of the content is only permitted for private purposes. Commercial use of the content requires the explicit written consent of the provider.
11. Severability Clause
If any individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a provision will apply that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
I reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced to the buyer on the website. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on my website.
